Rachel bought the assets from a company called The Box Office after it went into liquidation in 2016. Initially she had plans to bring the machinery back to Sussex to manufacture boxes for Tiny Box Company. However, after meeting the team in Cornwall, she felt it much better suited that they kept the factory running with their vast box making knowledge. Tiny Box Maker was born!

Alfred heads up the production and management of the business, with a long history in the luxury goods sector from design through to manufacturing. He assists with making sure our processes run smoothly and on time. Always willing to go the extra mile. Alfred places large emphasis on the customer journey working hard to meet our client’s expectations.
Dominique Johnson
Executive Sales & Administration
Dominique comes from a background in online sales and bespoke design creation. She will go out of her way to source the most exotic of materials and make sure the customer gets exactly what they want. Her ability to design and o er insight and infusion to every query gives our clients that extra insight into available options.
Jamie Marsden
Factory Manager & Head Designer
Jamie heads up the design and bespoke creative side of our business with an intense passion for accuracy and high quality. Jamie has over a decade in bespoke box design with strong design skills. His ability to find solutions to di cult box designs and his amazing paper and box knowledge is a huge asset to the business.
Tracey
Head Box Maker & Trainer
Tracey has over three decades in the bespoke box manufacturing industry and is our bible in creating bespoke high-quality boxes. With a strong with ethic and setting a very high standard Tracey is there to manage our quality control standards and keep our young box creators at there wits to make sure we bring our clients amazing boxes that exceed their expectations.
Marzena Rudnick
Supervisor
Marzena manages the flow of the production, managing the daily orders into production and out to dispatch. She takes personal pride in making sure all the care and quality is out into the finished item inspecting every single box and packing the boxes with her very capable team.
